Mr. Sanjiv Saraf,
Chairman and Mr. Pranay Kothari,
Whole-time Executive Director and CEO are assisted by a dedicated
team of well-qualified and experienced professionals in various
functional areas.
Sanjiv Saraf, 47, Chairman
of Polyplex Corporation Ltd. and the Managing Director of
Polyplex (Thailand) Ltd. founded the Company in 1984. Mr.
Saraf is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute
of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, one of India’s most
prestigious engineering institutions.

Pranay Kothari, 47, Whole-time
Executive Director and CEO has been associated with the Company
since inception. He has been one of the guiding forces in
its growth and success and is in charge of the entire gamut
of operations in the Company - both for the Film Business
and other Projects. Mr. Kothari is a qualified Chartered Accountant
as well as Company Secretary.

Ranjit Singh, 49, COO, and currently has overall charge of
the Film Business. Mr. Singh has been instrumental in significant
enhancement in productivity and quality levels at our plant,
besides institutionalizing cost cutting measures and a process
driven approach in the Company. He is a qualified Mechanical
Engineer and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad.

Sridhar, 50, Profit center head has over 20
years of experience in various industries like Software, consulting,
fertilizer/agrochemicals and refining. He has previously
worked with Oracle Software, EID Parry, Hindustan Petroleum etc.
He is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT,
Delhi
and MBA from IIM,
Calcutta.

Sunil Kumar, 40, Head
Human Resources is responsible for the human resources and
employee relations functions of the organization. He has 11
yeas of rich experience in Production, Production planning,
Business process re-engineering, Project management, IT
initiatives and HR processes and Systems. He is B.E. and
M.Tech from IIT, Kanpur.

Chandra, 47, Head Corporate Planning &
Internal Audit has 24 years of experience in this field. He
has previously worked with companies like DCM Shriram Group,
IBM, Xerox Modi Corp. and Siel. He is a B.Com, CS, ICWA &
MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Manager (Works) has around 23 years of experience in the Business,
in which he has handled a range of functions including production,
marketing, exports and projects both in India and abroad.
He is a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.

of experience in Consulting; Automotive, Industrial and Information
Technology sectors. He Is a Chemical Engineer from Indian
Institute of Technology, New Delhi and has done his MBA in
Marketing and Finance from Indian Institute of Management,
Calcutta. He is a certified GE Six-Sigma Green Belt from his
stint at GE Capital.

(Finance and Accounts) has extensive experience of 19 years

Insurance and Information Technology. He is a Masters in Chemical
Engineering as well as an MBA in Finance.

Prof Bidhan K Mohanty,
64, Consultant R D has 25 years experience in IIT Kharagpur,
ending as a professor of Physics. He took voluntary retirement,
worked as a fulltime Project and R D consultant for
14 years. He played a significant role in setting up plants
in India and Bangladesh.
