Polyplex Corporation Ltd., is a Public Company listed on National Stock Exchange and Mumbai Stock Exchange. 

Mr. Sanjiv Saraf, the promoter of the Company, along with other promoters, holds 41.63% of the capital of the Company. The balance is spread over a wide investor base of more than 10,000 shareholders. 

Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Ltd. (PTL), was formed as a 100% subsidiary of Polyplex Corporation Ltd. During December 2004, PTL made an Initial Public Offering for raising capital in Thailand and got listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange. Post-listing the shareholding of PCL in PTL has come down to 70%.

Polyplex Europa Polyester Film Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (PE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PTL. The company has completed its establishment process of 24000 MT polyester film plant and started its production on 20th Dec 2005.

Polyplex (Americas) Inc., was formed as a subsidiary of PTL.
