Profit Centre Head (India)

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring long-term sustainable growth & profitability of the Profit Centre

Position Reporting to: COO.

Primary responsibilities:
• Deliver business results along with the financial, customer, capability and process objectives
delineated for the Profit Centre.
• Participate in setting direction for the company and contribute to corporate brand equity.
• Evolve and deploy strategy for the business based on an in-depth understanding of the market
and customer needs.
• Oversee task accomplishment of functional heads in terms of outputs / deliverables and
processes.
• Budgeting annual sales / collection targets and ensuring achievement of the sales targets of
volumes & delivery schedules at profit centre.
• Drive initiatives across profit centres to improve the organization productivity, capacity utilization, responsiveness and cost structures.
• Market analysis on product segments, price movements, demand –supply trend, competitor
strategies etc.

• Formulating sales strategies, pricing decisions, product mix, establishing distribution channels etc while focusing on:
• Create customer wide base
• Maximize contribution
• Minimize credit risk
• Drive implementation of new projects as identified.

Profit Centre Head will also be officiating as Sales & Marketing and Commercial Head (Purchase of PTA/ MEG/Chips). Hence exposure in these areas is a must.

Position Reporting to: CEO

Key Result Areas:
• Setup internal audit process covering management processes, accounting practices and systems for the group companies incorporating control assurance.
• Evaluate integrity of management controls and effectiveness of business processes.
• Provide insightful recommendations based on evaluation of existing processes / practices /
systems.

Primary responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and carry out internal audits
• Identify and evaluate business risks and risk mitigating practices / methodologies
• Create and implement audit reviews to address Management objectives
• Play a substantial role in enhancing relationship with external Audit and Tax professionals.

Qualification:
CA in 1st attempt / MBA in Finance from premier management school /institute
Training in use of computers - accounting software, MIS systems, database
management etc would a added advantage.

Experience:
10 years (+) in finance and accounting function, 3-4 years in internal audit in a manufacturing setup with a turnover of atleast 150 crs, ideally with multiple locations.

Position Reporting to: CEO

Key Result Areas:
• Work with CEO on future growth plans for the group – sector / markets for entry, new products, expansion plans etc.
• Financial and industry analysis
• Project Feasibility studies
• Financing through investors / lenders, excise & customs, anti-dumping / CVD

Primary responsibilities:
• Provide inputs in strategy planning from market / industry / financial analyses carried out
• Co-ordinate various market research studies / project feasibility studies and critically examine
the project reports. Provide inputs in groups’ growth plans.
• Formulate and develop financial modelling tools used in business projections and valuations.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the organization
• Liaison with external agencies – lenders / investors, antidumping authorities / consultants etc.
• Implementation of business plans – co-ordination with HODs.

Qualification:
• Finance / Economics graduates with MBA in Finance from premier management school /institute

Experience:
4-6 years experience in corporate planning, manufacturing setup with a turnover of at least 150 crs, ideally having global presence.

Process Engineers

Position Reporting to:
Process Manager.

Primary responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise the manufacturing operations in the factory.
• Schedule production such that the same is as per plan laid out by production
planning and control cell
• Ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing facilities by balancing lines and adhering to an
effective man machine ratio to obtain maximum production at the desired quality and cost
• Prepare the monthly production plan based on the orders obtained from sales and marketing
• Review the results of operations on a day to day basis and take corrective action where required
• Identify avenues for cost reduction and waste minimization
• Drive continuous quality improvement
• Analyze production reports and identify areas of cost overrun, wastage etc. and develop an
action plan to combat the same

Qualification:
Engineering Graduate, preferably Chemical / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineers.

Experience:
2 - 4 years experience in plastic films, polymer manufacturing / process environment (preferably film related). Those having knowledge of extruders, MDO & TDO operations, winders shall be given preference.

Should have knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 8000 & TPM systems.

Utility Engineers

Position Reporting to:
Manager Technical.

Qualification:
Engineering Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
Diploma holder having 5-7 years or Engineers with 2-3 years experience in maintenance & trouble shooting in utility deptt of medium/large scale company.

Oil fired Steam Boiler, Oil Heating units, Air Compressor, Nitrogen plant are the main equipments to be taken care of. Candidate having experience of York/Mcquay Centrifugal chiller will be given preference.
